An executive order to ban smoking in all public places in the Philippines has been submitted to President Rodrigo Duterte's office and is ready for his signature.Health secretary Paulyn Jean Ubial confirms the report and says that the order will enforce the existing law being followed in Davao where one can not smoke indoors nor outdoors.The document is drawn up from the similar ban in Duterte's home city of Davao which took effect during the president's tenure as mayor.
