CELINA, Ohio (WANE) – A man and woman were jailed Friday on drug possession charges. The suspects were followed into Saint Mary's where surveillance assistance was provided by the Auglaize Sheriff's Department and Saint Mary's Police Department. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Officer is reviewing the case and is expected to file additional charges. Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey issued details about the arrests Saturday. Howell and Pruitt were taken to the Mercer County Jail on drug possession charges.

WAVERLY, Ohio – A man has been arrested for drug trafficking in southern Ohio after a warrant sweep, according to police. Authorities say they found 235 grams of methamphetamine, two grams of heroin, prescription drugs, cash, and evidence of drug trafficking. The Ross County Sheriff and the U.S. Marshal's Office took Trevor Stoops into custody after finding drugs at a home off of Blain Highway in Waverly, Ohio, on Saturday.
