At least 16 people have been killed & 8 others infective after an armed group attacked a drug rehabilitation center in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, native media report, citing authorities. Drug cartels have been known to Utilize rehab centers to recruit addicts, & elect gangs sometimes violate the centers. Prosecutors in the central Mexico state of Puebla have unlocked an investigation into the killing of 2 municipal police officers. In a statement Wednesday, the state prosecutor's office said the officers were killed Tuesday near the town of Tecalcingo.
