as informed in SAN FRANCISCO: social networking & technology companies are coming under scrutiny as never before, & This time some of Silicon Valley's leading figures are launching an initiative to warn of the Risks of addictive technology, especially for Kids. They involve Tristan Harris, the previous design ethicist at Google, & Roger McNamee, a previous adviser & Businessman at fb, who have founded the Center for Humane Technology. Announcing the launch in a statement, both organisations explained which the campaign going to put Stress on the technology industry to make its products "less intrusive & less addictive". The initiative represents the latest salvo versus large technology companies & comes after a series of previous Silicon Valley workers have voiced similar worries.
